We strive for 100% satisfaction in our customers. It can happen that a product does not meet with your approval and that you prefer – for whichever reason – to return it. You can do this without penalty or extra cost (except for the cost of the return postage) if you send it back within 14 days of reciept of purchase.
Please contact us before you return your purchase. You can do this simply by sending an email to info@musicgifts.nl stating the reason for the return (i.e. wrong size, damage to the article or simply that you have changed your mind). We will then, together with you, find the best solution to your problem.

The products need to be retourned still in their original condition and, as far as possible, in unopened packaging. Your purchase price will be refunded after receipt of your retourned products. Depending on your method of payment, this can take a few days.
